Slow motion skill, coins and more!

- Added coins, which drop from enemies after killing them
- Added money display in left bottom corner
- Added slow motion skill that will slow game by 50% for small time, can be activated by pressing space
- Added dash and slow motion skill cooldown bars on top of player's head
- Minor game look changes
- Bug fixes
